Those who travel between these two islands can choose from several catamarans sailing regularly. Some are year-round while others are only seasonal. Note that there are NO car ferries between these two islands.

You can catch this catamaran from Hvar Town to reach Korcula Old Town (departing time is in late-afternoon) and sailing time is 1 hour 30 minutes. During the summer months, catamaran also stops at Prigradica, a small bay on the northern coast of the island of Korcula, near Blato.
JADROLINIJA has catamaran service running from Split via Hvar to the islands of Korcula and Lastovo. This service is available all-year long. You can take this catamaran to reach Korcula from Hvar. Departure from Hvar Town is in the mid-afternoon and arrival to Vela Luka is in 1 hour.
JADROLINIJA has catamaran service running between Dubrovnik and Split with stops on the islands of Korcula, Hvar and Brac. This service is available daily from June until mid-September. Catch this catamaran to sail from Hvar Town to Korcula, the journey time is 1 hour 30 minutes.
Tickets for each of these catamarans can be purchased in the local offices which can be found in each town of departure.

Once you find yourself on the island of Korcula, you can use buses to get around. Bus routes are not so frequent but still this is a good way to get around the island. From bus station in Korcula Old Town you can catch local buses to Lumbarda, Racisce, Vela Luka, Zrnovo, Pupnat, Cara, Smokvica and Blato.
You can buy tickets on the bus or at bus stations in Korcula and Blato.
There are taxis on the island of Korcula, which you can take if you are heading somewhere more off the beaten track.
